A: Nothing. I think most doctors are terrific. There are many doctors in my family, and like everyone else, I trust and rely on doctors. I do however take issue with doctors who fail to treat patients in accordance with good and accepted medical practice. It is that small percentage of physicians who give doctors a bad name.
Importantly, if I receive 100 calls to my office about injured victims asking whether they have a valid malpractice case, I reject 99% of them on the telephone alone. Of those remaining one or two calls that I invite into my office, I then must do a thorough investigation, and the majority of those cases are rejected because our experts do not feel there is a basis to proceed forward.
