Your title "Doctors Gone Wild" on your website is provocative. Why did you choose this title?

A: I chose this title because I wanted to get your attention. I wanted you to come to this site because I provide useful and informative material so that you can make an educated decision about how lawsuits like these work in the state of New York and how you can best select an attorney for your particular legal problem.

The purpose of this website is not to sell you anything. Nor is it to expose doctors who have committed malpractice here in New York. My purpose is not to embarrass anyone or to prove that all doctors are careless, because that is clearly not the case. We all put our trust in doctors when we are ill, and we like to believe that they are knowledgeable and always want to do the best for their patients.

This website is designed to be thought-provoking so that when you have questions about the medical care you received, you will raise your hand and ask an experienced medical malpractice attorney those questions.

On this website you will never see or hear the words  "Have you been injured? If so please call my law firm." Why not? Every lawyer in New York and the country basically has this phrase somewhere on their website. The reason you won't see that on this website is because it is my opinion that those words are meaningless. The next time you read that phrase on a lawyer's website, ask yourself this question: "Why should I call that particular lawyer or that particular law firm?" What information has that lawyer given to me that will make me want to call that particular attorney to help solve my pressing legal question?

Simply by saying that they are a lawyer who handles malpractice cases, in my opinion, does not establish a good enough reason to justify calling that particular lawyer. I believe you need much more information before you decide to pick up your phone and call.

I invite you to explore my informative website, read the free reports, watch my educational video tips  and if you have questions after learning all of this information, then I invite you to call me with any legal questions you may have.
